mac wireless woes continued Ovidiu Predescu and douglasp both emailed me to say they don't have the Mac wireless problems i'm seeing. What appears to happen is that the connection attempts from the apps that don't work just seems to timeout. I have location manager set-up with two locations, one that uses the wired ethernet port, and a second that uses the airport card, I have a linksys base station, and 128 bit encryption setup. Other apps such as Internet Explorer work fine, but when switched to the wireless config, iTunes for example will just sit there trying to connect to CDDB and eventually timeout. This is on 10.2.1, but i was also seeing exactly the same behaviour on 10.1.5. Any tips or suggestions appriciated!.

Cosmo Retro Intro Outro catching up on some email, the note about the Amon Tobin show prompted a few emails, one from Ethan Brown who has a top 5 producers item on his blog, Amon Tobin makes the list, as does Prefuse 73, who was playing support at the Amon Tobin show!. Mikel Maron said he was also at the show, and at the gusgus show at Bimbo's a few weeks back, which I also saw [was great], Bimbo's has really good shows, its probably my favorite venue in the city. And to round it off, the recent Underworld show at the Warfield was awesome, they don't seem to be suffering at all from Darren Emmerson leaving. BTW, for the Ninja tunes fans, Kid Koala is playing at the Justice League soon. Mikel mentioned the Devo show, which I didn't see, but Kelley saw it and said it was great.
