A few people have asked for this, so here goes, these are my current favorites, YMMV.

• Zoka's Quatro decaf, awesome caramel flavors, great for shots & Macchiato's
• Zoka's Paladino
• Barefoot's Element 114
• Stumptown's Hairbender

And I'm currently trying out Caffe Fresco's Ambrosia blend, which is liked by a lot of the coffeegeek crowd.

If you're in the bay area, then you should get yourself a trip to Barefoot (in Santa Clara), or Ritual Coffee Roasters, or Cafe Organica in San Francisco, and treat yourself to the best espresso you've ever had. I particularly like Cafe Organica because they're not tied to a particular roaster, they have a selection of different blends from different places, all awesome.
